Yeida Plots Scheme The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) is preparing to launch the YEIDA 821 Yamuna Authority Plots Residential Plot Scheme in 2025, aimed at providing affordable housing options near the Noida International Airport. This scheme will offer a total of 821 residential plots located primarily in Sector 18 and Sector 24A, with sizes ranging from 120 square meters to 250 square meters. The registration for this scheme is set to begin on October 31, 2024, and will close on November 30, 2024. The draw for allotment is scheduled for December 27, 2024.
