Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority News Uttar Pradesh: The Yogi government, committed to making Uttar Pradesh a better state, is now soon going to start the process of construction of a new central office complex for the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA). YIDA’s new office will be located in Sector-18 of Gautam Buddha Nagar and will be spread over a total area of 27,800 square meters. Yamuna Authority Plots This new complex will have a capacity of 800 people and its distance from Yamuna Expressway will be only 110 meters. This complex will be built on the basis of work friendly design.

It is noteworthy that the campus will be equipped with facilities like bank, crèche, library, gym, EV charging station, designated parking space and solar powered plant. A concept plan has been prepared by YIDA in this regard. As per the plan, the complex will be certified with GRIHA 5 star rating and will have excellent connectivity. Facilities like high speed elevators, 24 hour CCTV surveillance and a beautiful landscaped plaza will also be available here.
The grand entry lobby will become a center of attraction for visitors
According to the concept plan of YIDA, a grand entry lobby will be constructed in the new campus which will be the center of attraction among the visitors. It will be built in a beautiful landscaped plaza and will be equipped with future ready infrastructure. Yamuna Expressway Plots An attractive green area will also be constructed and developed in the campus. Apart from this, various types of parking spaces including staff parking, VIP parking will be constructed inside the complex which will help visitors solve the problem of vehicle parking.
Specific architecture will be employed to create attractive open spaces on campus for community engagement and social interaction. Keeping in mind the future needs, the campus will be developed as a sustainability and low energy consumption campus where smart lighting and optimum natural light will be ensured.

According to the Khake prepared by Yida, the total spread of the campus will be in 27,800 square meters, while the total build up area of the office will be 45,528.18 square meters. Many types of non -residential facilities will be constructed and developed in the campus, for which a initial blueprint has been prepared through the concept plan. According to this, an estimated proposal has been made for the construction and development of various types of infrastructure including service road, entry and exit gate, boundary wall. Godrej Plots Yamuna Expressway According to the plan, preparations are being made to construct the proposed campus on plot number F-4 located in Sector-18 of Gautam Budh Nagar. The new campus will be near the Yamuna Expressway and will be located just 110 meters away.
