𝐘𝐄𝐈𝐃𝐀 𝐏𝐥𝐨𝐭s 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐦𝐞 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒 Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) is responsible for the development of YEIDA City, previously known as Yamuna City, which is a greenfield city project in the Gautam Buddha District of Uttar Pradesh, India. YEIDA Plot Scheme Near Jewar Airport in Sector 15C, Noida

YEIDA is planning to launch a new residential plot scheme in Sector 15C near Jewar Airport, Noida, as part of the Master Plan 2041. The price of residential plots under this scheme is set at INR 25,900 per square meter. The scheme is expected to be launched in the financial year 2025-26, pending RERA registration approval. The number of plots available under this scheme has not been disclosed yet.

YEIDA Plot Scheme Near Jewar Airport in Sectors 16, 18, 20, & 22D, Noida

YEIDA is offering more than 350 residential plots in four different sectors near the Noida International Airport. Specifically, there are 361 plots available in seven different sizes across Sectors 16, 18, 20, and 22D. Godrej Plots These plots are well-connected to Greater Noida, Agra, and Mathura via the Yamuna Expressway and are in close proximity to the Eastern Peripheral Expressway (EPE) and Noida International Airport. The plots are priced at INR 25,900 per square meter.

YEIDA Jewar Airport Plot Scheme Important Dates

Important dates for the YEIDA Jewar Airport Plot Scheme include the application and brochure download available for INR 600 from the YEIDA website. The prices of plots facing the park or corner plots have increased by 5%. YEIDA is also developing world-class infrastructure nearby, including an International Airport, Film City, Medical Devices Park, Electronics Manufacturing Cluster, MotoGP Track, MSME Apparel and Toy Park, and the Yamuna Express. The authority has received over 91,380 application forms with the requisite 10% registration fee. The scheme’s results will be declared via a lucky draw, and there is a special provision of a 17.5% reservation for farmers whose land was acquired by YEIDA.

YEIDA Plot Scheme in Sectors 17, 18, & 22D (20 Residential Plots)

YEIDA has launched 20 new plots to boost residential development near the Yamuna Expressway. These plots are distributed across Sectors 17, 18, and 22D. The plot sizes range from 11,513.72 sqm to 89,034 sqm, with the base price starting at INR 32,375 per square meter. The incremental bid value is set at 1% of the base price, and investors need to pay a registration fee or earnest money deposit (EMD) ranging from INR 3.73 crore to INR 30.27 crore.

YEIDA Residential Plot Scheme for Festive Season (821 Units)

For the festive season, YEIDA is offering 821 residential plots in different sizes, specifically promoting smaller plots. These plots are located in Sector 18 and Sector 24A, with a reservation of around 17.5% for farmers. Out of the total, 344 plots are in Sector 24A, and 477 plots are in Sector 18 Block 9A and 9B.

YEIDA Offers 1200 Flats in Sector 22D

Facts About YEIDA Plot Scheme Registration Process

The application for YEIDA Plots Schemes can only be submitted online on the Yamuna authority’s website, www.yamunaauthorityplots.in/. The application form costs INR 500 plus 18% GST and can be collected online through the payment gateway on the website. The completed application form, along with the required registration money and annexures, must be submitted online between the opening and closing dates of the scheme.
