YEIDA Plot Scheme 2024 यमुना प्राधिकरण (YEIDA) ने पांच जुलाई को 361 आवासीय प्लॉट की योजना निकाली थी। इसके लिए अब आवेदन की अंतिम तारीख में बदलाव किया गया। अब योजना का लाभ पाने के लिए लोग 23 अगस्त तक आवेदन कर सकेंगे। वहीं अब 20 सितंबर के बजाय योजना का ड्रा 10 अक्टूबर को होगा। आवेदकों की मांग के बाद यमुना प्राधिकरण ने यह फैसला लिया है।

जागरण संवाददाता, ग्रेटर नोएडा। YEIDA Plot Scheme 2024 : यमुना प्राधिकरण की आवासीय प्लॉट योजना में आवेदन की समय सीमा बढ़ा दी गई है। योजना में 23 अगस्त तक आवेदन स्वीकार होंगे। साथ ही योजना का ड्रा भी अब 20 सितंबर के बजाय 10 अक्टूबर को होगा। आवेदकों की मांग के मद्देनजर यीडा ने आवेदन की समय सीमा बढ़ाने का फैसला किया है। यह समय सीमा सोमवार को समाप्त हो रही थी।

योजना में सामान्य श्रेणी के लिए 280 प्लॉट

यमुना प्राधिकरण (Yamuna Authority) ने पांच जुलाई को 361 आवासीय प्लॉट की योजना निकाली थी। इसमें आवेदन के लिए पांच अगस्त तक मौका दिया गया था। योजना का ड्रा 20 सितंबर को प्रस्तावित था, पर अब इसे बढ़ा दिया गया है।

प्रॉपर्टी मार्केट में सुस्ती का माहौल

रियल एस्टेट सेक्टर में फिलहाल सुस्ती का माहौल है. पिछले दो साल में प्रॉपर्टी की कीमतों में ज्यादा इजाफा नहीं हुआ है. यही वजह है कि बाकी प्रोजेक्ट्स में भी घर खरीदारों को सस्ते में मकान ऑफर किए जा रहे हैं. रियल्टी एक्सपर्ट्स की मानें तो भले ही ग्रुप लग्जरी प्रोजेक्ट बनाएगा. लेकिन, कीमतों के मामले में गोदरेज प्रॉपर्टीज को भी ध्यान रखना होगा. कीमत ज्यादा होने पर घर खरीदार प्रोजेक्ट्स से दूरी बना सकते हैं. ऐसे में उम्मीद है कि फ्लैट की कीमत ज्यादा नहीं होगी.

सब्सिडी का भी मिलेगा फायदा

मालूम हो कि प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना के तहत होम लोन पर सब्सिडी स्कीम का संचालन NHB की ओर से किया जाता है. प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना के तहत फिलहाल होम लोन पर सब्सिडी मिलती है. इसके तहत 6 लाख से 12 लाख रुपये तक की सालाना आय वालों को 4 प्रतिशत और 12 से 18 लाख सालाना आय वालों को 3 फीसदी की सब्सिडी दी जाती है. नोएडा भी इस सब्सिडी जोन में आने वाले शहरों की लिस्ट में है. ऐसे में गोदरेज प्रॉपर्टीज में फ्लैट बुक कराने पर भी इसका फायदा मिलेगा New Luxury Residential Project in Godrej Sector 44 Noida.

लोन पर ब्‍याज दर कम होने से मिलेगा फायदे

बैंकों की ब्‍याज दरों में पिछले लगभग दो साल के दौरान औसतन 1.5 फीसदी की कमी आई है. एसबीआई ने तो 1.75 फीसदी तक की कमी की है. अगर किसी ने 20 साल के लिए 20 लाख रुपए का लोन ले रखा है तो मासिक ईएमआई पर लगभग 2000 रुपए तक की बचत हो रही है और साल में लगभग 24 हजार रुपए बच जाएंगे.
